Backwards Frame Size
I’ve never had to export anything with a weird aspect ratio but I’m converting a .wmv file to .mov and the aspect ratio is 720×1280. I’m using an HDV720 preset in compressor with flip4mac and turning on 100% of source for my frame size but it comes out backwards (1280×720). I then entered the frame size myself (720×1280) using customs settings and the same issue occurred. Pixel aspect is set to square. What am I missing or is it a quicktime issue? Thanks.

That preset does 1280×720. HDV is not capable of doing 720×1280
Why do you want 720×1280?

Because I’m converting a video that is 720×1280 from wmv to mov. The video was made with that frame size.

I’d go for a .mov and use the photoJpeg codec.
