Yea, it’s jerky for me too and I’m on a clean 50Mb/s connection, Mac Pro. It looks jerky even once it’s all loaded. (located in UK)

Vimeo has possibly encoded it badly, try resubmitting it again.

Mastering quality will be the best but you’ll only see the difference between that and the high quality setting when working with very difficult material..

VOB is for use with a DVD authoring application, not in an editing application like Premiere.

Utterly pointless – compressed to uncompressed does not add any quality, it only increases the file size, you’ll just be compressing and transcoding too many times

Chis is right, there’s no point in transcoding twice unless your first pass was at ultra quality (not delivery quality).
