this is by far the worst scenario possible… I do understand that at times you need help and you need it fast but to call people and then, on top of that, act like an a$$, is just unacceptable…

These are all good options but I would like something in the pricerange of $250/€200 just to get the VHS stuff I have at home to a digital format. OSX or Win doesnt really matter as long as I can capture the footage in decent quality.

I couldn’t agree with you more, I think it’s incredibly ugly. I’m doing this as a part of a school project and that’s the style of subs I’ve been asked to re-create. I’ve asked for their support about it but “…they are not able to get the instructions for me…” and that’s why I asked for help here.
