Help Making Content Longer but Not Affecting the Rest
I’m having this project done for school and they’ve come back to me just saying that I need to make “SLIDE 2” four (4) seconds instead of current two (2). As you see I have two video tracks, a voice over and some music. All I need to do is to make “SLIDE 2” longer. In this four minute piece I have “SLIDE 2” appearing on five different occasions and It’s two seconds long everywhere. I need to make these four seconds and “bring” and “push” everything else along on the different audio and video tracks, as I’m happy with the rest.
I couldn’t find a way to do this in the books and tutorials that I have access to so any help is greatly appreciated!

Press the letter T four times…quickly. OR, if you want to use the Mouse, on that little tool bar click on the third item from the top…hold the button down, and select the double arrow pointing right. This is the SELECT ALL TRACKS FORWARD too. It will select everthing from the spot you click to the right, downstream. Now move all of this an additional 2 seconds. Easily done by typing +200. This will move it forward 2 seconds. Now extend the shot you wanted by the extra two seconds.
