There’s MacWhisper which is free, and requires you to export the audio from FCP but is local desktop, not online. It doesn’t have much in the way of controls/features.

MOV is a container. You should check the codec in VLC Media Information. It may be an old codec that was manufacturer dependent. Another tool you can use to check the codec is MediaInfo available in the App Store. It could also be an old 32-bit codec no longer supported. There are a few other players you can check with to see if any can play/transcode it. Most important is to find out the codec first.

I suspect this means lots of AI features will be in the next updates to FCP.
Given that LumaFusion and Resolve on iPad are more advanced and less expensive I have to suspect this leading to much more significant changes. Perhaps cloud-based collaboration features in the near future.

You don’t and can’t in FCP. You do that in Compressor. Use the correct app for the job.

It seems that you haven’t yet watched tutorials on how the magnetic timeline works. There are many of varying quality free online but a search on YouTube will give you a few to watch. If there’s a large number of views you may have hit on the better tutorials. You’ll have a plethora of workflow issues until you grasp the magnetic timeline.
There are no “tracks” in FCPx. You can add a VO Clip and/or create a Secondary Story Line. They will attach to a clip in the Primary Storyline. You can move that attached point. You can temporarily disable the magnetic timeline. If none of this makes sense you really need to watch tutorials first.

Perhaps I should also mention that the Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro 12k shoot 4k super 16 at 240fps in Blackmagic Raw.
Also there’s the FreeFly Wave which can shoot over 400fps in 4k using its Raw codec. Starting at about $12,000 its much less expensive than a Phantom.

Sony FX Cameras can shoot 4k 120fps or 1080 240fps using Intraframe (not Long GOP) H.264 10 bit 4:2:2. H.264 isn’t necessarily heavily compressed. This setting is close to Apple ProRes quality levels. Neither is truly “uncompressed” but certainly close enough for very high-end post-production.
