Final Cut Pro X Specific Compression Settings
Hello: I just finished a short film and would like to submit it to a Film Festival. They ask for specific Compression Settings like: Max Bit Rate: 4Mbps / Constant Frame Rate. How can I specify this to Final Cut for the export of the film. Thank you

You don’t and can’t in FCP. You do that in Compressor. Use the correct app for the job.

Most of the time the standard H.264 in the standard Export File preset works just fine for those types of things.
But yes, if you need something more specific or different, you’d need Compressor to go in and tweak something custom like that, if needed at all.
