I still have the issue on one of my machines.

Internet Explorer is the browser, no automatic virus screening or firewall or active cookie killer.

Followed the relevant parts of the above thread and can not quite see a solution. Its no big deal ( just a nuisance really)

What is the name of the cookie (if it has one) ?

    Thanx Eric.

I checked again and the cookies are enabled and this problem does not occur on any other site (forum). – and as previously mentioned, only on one of my machines.

Does the cookie used by this forum have name. ?

    Correction to my previous posts.

I am able to “JKL” in both these Windows and I can shift focus from Source to Program Monitors.

Jack – a precise audio edit in PremPro is difficult – I agree that locating the exact point can be a bit haphazard.

Sometimes it involves a bit of trial and error.

eg Set in and out points and then use the shortcut key to “Play from IN to OUT”. Listen closely and adjust the points to the degree required then set the work area bar to the points for export.

That is because it is a Mono Track.

    Create a new stereo track.

It must be a Matrox issue then because I am unable to select (focus) those monitors in that manner- although I can use all the controls under each of those. ( except Title Safe & the Zoom)

Thanx David ( atleast I am not alone or imagining this)

I have reset cookies link a “million times” and it just wont “stick”.

Weird that it’s only an issue on one of my machines.

  • Please explain in more detail what you mean by “separate”….

but… it is absolutely normal for the audio and video to be on separate tracks in any NLE timeline.
