Never used caustics before. So, went to see what it was for in C4D. Yes, theoretically should do what I want. Found an example at Maxon. The fish tank example. Had to stop the render after 44 min. It was still preparing photon tree. Not good for an animation, especially if the beam is changing shape constantly. But I have learned about caustics. May be useful in the future. Thanks a lot Adam.
    Anyone has another solution ?

Finally I’m using Pfrag and playing the render in reverse. But I’ll have a look at MOGRAPH with TP when I’m finished with this project. I’ll come back here to post a link to the project in a week or two.

But now I’m stuck at something different. So a new thread.

Thanks Randy .. Johnson .. Hey I’m Johnson as well. Double thanks.

It’s the first time I’m going to post an answer here. I’ve been using C4D only since 2 months.

But less than a week ago I used TP Multishape Emitter. At least it’s in R11.5 in Presets/Thinking Particules/TP Multishape Emitter.

You drop your objects (here your Polygon & Plane) as child exactly the same way. Just remove the Cylinder, Cube, Cone & Sphere that C4D gives you by default.

I’m on the trial version as well. And had almost the same question.

Is the Keylight plug-in included in the Student Edition of After Effect (Production Premium) ?

Plenty of short video tutorials on rigging.
Go to youtube and search for “poser rigging”
