I also can’t get the Continuum filters to authorize in FCP on the Intel Mac Book Pro. I have tried calling, emailing and posting in this forum to no avail. I will try calling Boris again tomorrow.
I think this is exactly the problem with the FCP Intel patch as well. I installed and registered BCC from the trial download, and the BCC filters still won’t work on the Mac Book Pro within FCP with the new patch. I also called tech support twice today and got no response or call backs.
Unfortunately it is still not working in FCP, as all effects now say they don’t have “proper authorization” when booting up FCP. Even though they work fine in Red 4!
One of my clients had this problem and they had to go into the Receipts folder and get rid of all but the lastest Quicktime receipt. That fixed the problem.
