YES. Don’t mix unless no choice. We shoot interlaced all the time and will deinterlace when compressing for web.

No. You bring cable and connectors and you take a line out of the mixing board. Feed it into your camera.

Is there a way to record footage without being overmodulated,
when there is a very loud band playing etc?

Of course. It’s done all the time.

You’re best to set levels with the level coming in.

You were using the on-cam mic were you?

You’ll get better sound running a signal out of the sound board into your camera.

It’s a learning experience for you.

I don’t like to create a new AE proj. for ea. dino link either.
I don’t know how to avoid that so I dino link one maybe and then manually import sequences after that. I’m sure there a way.

When you alter something in the dino-linked AE proj. it will auto update in the PP sequence.
