Looks like interlace with fields wrong on a progressive screen.

What is your footage? What format did you shoot and what does FCP say about field order of the original clips and your sequence settings. Also did you do the green screen work outside of FCP and if so what software was used and the settings.

Many thanks for your reply, Michael. I did the green-screening right in FCPX. How do I fix it?

FCPX has a better green screen keyer than FCP7 so that part is good.

Still the problem is in fields and interlacing. You need to make sure all clip your field order is correct to the sequence settings. The reason I asked for clip and sequence settings is to better guess the problem.

If the final is for computer/ web playback then your final file should be progressive. So a lot depends on what you shot and how the sequence is interpreting.

Deinterlace when you make a webclip.
