There is a “monitor audio” check box when you capture. Look for it near the audio levels.

What is the format of these files? You should convert them to 48K Aif’s and u’ll lose most ofg your problems.

Your original post does not state what app you are editing in….
Export your audio to an .aiff and then you’ll have one stereo audio track.
Send that to em, or import back into ur edit.

Check ur sequence settings (CMD 0) there is a check box to show levels I believe. Also, zooming out and back in can change the view sometimes.

I can’t speak for FC Express but I believe FCP audio tracks goes up to 99 tracks.

Make a new HD sequence
drop your vid in there.Track one – rez up to fill screen, blur reduce opacity.

I have shot a surgical proceedure b/4. We were dressed up for sterile. Cams were not.
We had a video feed as part of the surgury so we didn’t need to get right in with the shot, so I can’t answer to that. Can you have a phone chat w/ the surgens?Chris Tompkins

Edit in 2 cameras filmed in SD (720 x 576 I believe) – the films are both PAL
Take all the footage shot on HDV and run them trhu “Compressor” b/4 bringing them into edit. Convert them to SD (720 x 576 – then import them into your SD edit.
Edit SD WS.
