You should choose the sequence that most matches your delivery format OR what you have the most of one flavor of.

My goodness you’re making this much harder then it needs to be, here’s how you work:
Copy files from SD card to your Raid or editing hard drive(s).
From Pr launch media Browser and nav to the folder, import just the clips you want, drag them into your project.
Now, take one clip and drop it on the “make new sequence” icon and Pr will match the sequence to your footage.
Edit.
Export.
Send invoice.Chris

And the hard drives or raid you have the media on is?

Your best bet is to export from Pr to AME and choose the DVD Mpeg2 preset. Adjust the data rate for optimum quality and playback.

If you want to off-load the media in the field you need the laptop right?
The HPX series panny’s will off-load from camera to USB drive, no comp. needed. Don’t think the HCM does that.
