Export your FCP Sequence using “Current Settings”
Should not take more then a couple of minutes.

Drop that file into Compressor to make your DVD files.
Go to sleep.

What has the Station or client told you they need exactly?
A digital file?
A Tape?
Do you have an I/O card?
Which one?

Lay off a Master with your current settings and I’ll bet you’ll be fine.

Do they play in your DV deck or camera?
Capturing DV tape via Firewire is a straight transfer of data.

Convert all to prores.

You can bring in the HDV to prores on ingest.

Also, re-set/trash prefs. Usually fixes this.
