If you have thin fonts they will not hold up well to mpeg compression.
90 min. data rate is heavy compression.You can try a short piece and increase the data rate greatly and see how that looks.
OR
Change the font.

He’s not talking render files.
He’s talking deleting the mov’s in the capture scratch.The answer is NO, they will be gone, when you launch the project all your movie files will be off-line media.

If your end product is SD-DVD and Web then edit in an SD 4×3 sequence.
Scaling the HD will still look good and can fill the screen on some shots and be letterboxed on others.

With long programs like yours I strive to maximize the files size and quality to fit the disc. In other words if I try a bitrate and it finishes and the file size is 3.5GBs, I’ll up the bit rate some and try encode, as to not waste any space.

If it’s already a m2v file it is what it is. Unless you have AME doing a re-encode on it. But you need to burn it to disc and view it on your TV to truly judge.

Yes you can.
Do you have BMD sequence settings?There is a lot of talk about premiere temp edit files and final exporting.
You can import Prores files and edit with them and feed the BMD hardware.
You can edit with proxy files for faster workflow and export to a prores master.

Most internal burners are sata interface and work in macs….
We have a Pioneer Internal Burner but no lightscribe.
