APple Pro Res HQ is for cameras that shoot 4:4:4 (overkill for your footage)

The d7000 shoots 4:2:2… So the ProRes or ProRes LT will be enough.

It won’t degrade your footage and making it 4:4:4 won’t make it any better…. Do yourself a favor and save time and hard drive space.

What camera was the footage shot on? You can convert to a lower prores setting and always reconnect the HQ footage when done.

    A CD jack is about 4 3/4 by 5… so 4.75 X 300 dpi = 1425 and 5 x 300, = 1500… So you need an image that is around 1425 pixels x 1500…

If you export stills at the best settings, they will be wide enough, so it may work. Just make sure you set everything to best…

To save them as PDFs it’s best to use Photoshop, and make sure you use zip compression, not jpeg.

You can also use Apple Preview, but you may experience image deterioration, as it probably does jpeg compression.

    Rich black = C 30, M 20, Y, 20, K 100…

If you have black text over color, set it to Overprint or Multiply (but keep it 100% black only)…

Digital Printing is cheaper if you are doing only a limited run… If you are printing more than say, 1000, it is sometimes cheaper to print on a press.

I don’t know if it can be done that way…

What you could do is make a new sequence, drag all of you audio clips into the sequence… Adjust one of the clips, copy, then select the rest of the clips, paste attributes, then proceed to drag everything back to your browser.

Use the 3-way color correcter and your vector-scopes.

The vector scopes will help you judge how much you actually have to lighten your clip..

    I have this archaic version.

Go to FIle >Export. Select PSD or Photoshop

then in options select write layers. make sure all of the boxes are checked (except maybe embed ICC profile). Make sure to choose the correct resolution.

    Thant should work.

Do you have any styles applied? What des it show in the appearance panel?

Have you tried creating a compound shape then scaling? Command-8

BTW I downloaded and was able to scale. Perhaps there is something wrong with Illustrator.
