    Well…welcome the nightmare 😀
    I´m in the same situation like you.With 7 pc-client and 1 pc-server.
I´m in mail contact with tiger tech, and sending info of the stations, memory dumps etc…and i suppose they are working in the problem.
The disk managment problem appears sometimes in our systems, not all time.
But the 2º problem the freeze issue apeears in all machine´s after a windows update ( is a supposition )but the server works fine. Also we´ve the theory is a sumatory of a windows update + adobe cs4 pack.
one mac is under the san too,and works fine.
    I hope tiger make a fix soon….

Yes,i reproduce the problem in our installation with win 7 x64 prof,cs4 and decklink 7.5.
Working under xs8600 and Fibber channel san disk (400mb read /250 write),we can capture well but it not possible to play fine.
Also if you use a tga o graphic with alpha the same problem appear. The preview is good in stop mode, but if you play the time line the tga or graphic not appear.
We submit the problem to bmd support and is working to solve it.We found a “temporal” solution—->apply to the tga sequence or graphic with alpa a effect MATE without any valour or anything, and now you can play fine the timeline with preview.

If you download the lastest decklink driver (7.5),you can find the mediaexpress 2.0.1.

ok….one stupid question…Do you install the aja drivers and soft previous the liquid chrome?..if you do that..the chrome dont work´s(the soft yes…but not the H/W)…because the liquid chrome install a own driver and make a regitry modification.
Also…you can try (if you install only the liquid and not the aja driver) execute the file in the cd with the driver..i don´t remember the name sorry.

Look too in the start—>Programs–> avid liquid …some lates´t notes pdf´s with some parameter to change in the windows ini if you are using >3gb who is possible to make your aja not recognized by the liquid.
    (multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)WINDOWS=”Microsoft Windows XP Professional” /noexecute=optin /fastdetect with the option /3gb i think)

Look into bios options if you can change la Pciex priority for vga or another option.Normally you can install a vga in any of the Pcie 16x (i make some test in many mobos and hp workstations).
Your device manager detect the aja hardware in the slot you are using?
Are you using a xp32 with 4 gb of ram of more?
