Aja Xena LHe – installation problem

I have a problem with installing Aja Xena LHe card on my new computer. Windows XP Professional SP3 doesn’t detect this card in device manager. When Windows loads, and then progress bar stops for 30 seconds and then goes again. When Windows is loaded, card is not detected (no new hardware found). Windows without Aja Xena loads quite normally (without any interruption) The card works well on another computer. I think Windows is trying to detect Aja Xena LHe, but couldn’t do that. My question what is a reason of this? What can I do with this? My config:
processor Intel Core i7-920,
mainboard asus rampage II gene,
graphics card NVIDIA Quadro
RAM DDR3 – 3 * 1GBHelp me anyone?

Maybe a mother board issue.Check for some bios option for pciex config.Maybe is the problem.

I’m not necessarily a system guy as far as having knowledge of every motherboard available…

What slot the board is installed in can make a difference on various motherboards…
