If you make a DVD 16×9 in DVDSP, it will play that way on a widescreen TV and it will letterbox automatically on a 4×3 TV.

Out of curiosity what file format did you use? Cox has a 300 mb file size limitation, but it looks like they take many codecs, which did you use?

The only gamma numbers I’m aware of are 1.8 and 2.2, which I believe are for Mac and PC respectively. Perhaps you should just run some tests.
