    Thanks! That worked.

Hi there, sorry for the late response – I’ve been on vacation. I ended up having to re-install the OS – Actually I had been meaning to jump from Panther to Tiger anyway, so I used this as my excuse. It was a pain in the rear, but it did the job.

Thanks for the response…but not the case this time. I should also mention I’ve deleted preferences and all that too. Still the same junk…and it’s the same in all of my projects.

Yep, it’s on the whole image all sequences. It does not seem to matter whether I “did” anything the image or not, it still looks strobish. But like I said, it does not appear that way on the screen or when the finished product comes out, it’s just on the monitor (while still ediing). I would blame the monitor itself, but it’s the same monitor that I use to watch the VTR (just a different input).

Ok, I have all that figured out when I’m rolling in from one source. But what if on the same sequence, I need video from two different sources. As in this case when I’m rolling in some video via AJA component (from a DVC deck), and some video via AJA composite (from a VHS deck). Do I have to choose which I would rather see in real-time?

Thanks, I recently changed my settings so I could have device control – so that makes complete sense.
