Artifacting in playback
While it does not appear in my final print/edit to tape, I am getting some strobe-like artifacting in my component playback monitor. Any thoughts?

We need a LOT more info than that.
Whole image?
What was the format?
What did you “do” to the image?

Yep, it’s on the whole image all sequences. It does not seem to matter whether I “did” anything the image or not, it still looks strobish. But like I said, it does not appear that way on the screen or when the finished product comes out, it’s just on the monitor (while still ediing). I would blame the monitor itself, but it’s the same monitor that I use to watch the VTR (just a different input).
