Yes, I have to do this often. Animate one logo going around the oval. Duplicate it for however many logos you have. Ofset keyframes to taste then just replace the art logos on each duplicate. Super simple. Adjust scale to taste for each logo but still maintain relative distance
Premiere automatically detects your slog footage now. When you add it, you are dobling, hence the crazy. Check your projects settings for color interpretation
highlight clip(s) is project window. Right-click to MODIFY>INTERPRET FOOTAGE. Check the color management at the bottom of the dialog box… FCPX doesnt have this. Comes in handy but was a pain until I found it.
Perhaps, set proxies in timeline to SET TO FRAME SIZE as you add them to the timeline. Then, go ahead and edit and do your scaling. When you replace with the 4K footage I believe you’ll just have to undo the SCALE TO FRAME SIZE option on each. That’s what I would try first. A test would reveal success quickly.
