Is magic bullet built for cs 5.5?
I tried colorista free in 5.5 (it’s made for 5)
and it’s very difficult to work with.as for the aja audio, I have that issue as well.
usually by the third try, it plays audio fine.
but it is annoying.Which Kona model do you have?
I have an LH-e and was given official response that being “Legacy”
they will NOT be making even 1 release of a CS 6 driver, so now I have
to buy a newer card.Anyone who runs an LH-e will not be able to run CS 6 with monitor output.
all the other Kona models will work. -
Tom,
can you be more specific what happened?
It seems ok so far. I’m on 10.6.8 snow leopard.
you’re on Lion, correct?

I’ve seen lots of non official adobe sites stating May 7th as well.
For some reason, Adobe won’t say exactly except it will be for sure
by the first week of june or prior.perhaps they have some last minute revisions to address.

I’m not using dual monitor setup, but you should be able to no problem.
Black Magic intensity Pro should work just fine.
Download the 9.5 driver (that enables CS 6 display output)

confirmed, no uncompressed pcm surround sound support in cs 6.
only stereo as far as pcm is concerned.
It should be able to support that.

my workaround has been to make sure the recording on the media
never resets to zero. We keep the original recordings on the sd cards when
shooting more footage….but I understand that won’t work in all situations. So far what I’ve been doing is importing footage into separate folders
and keeping notes as to what goes in where.another option is to make a copy of your media (should be doing this anyways
as a virtual tape master) and rename the files before you import them./camera_files/ = original unaltered camera media
/footage/ = copy camera files, but renamed files to importNot the best option, but it works for now.

I was looking for this as well, though my pvm series monitor can do
24 frame modes, the 48hz flicker can be annoying to look at.I didn’t find anything that could take care of that since my
black magic multibridge doesn’t do frame conversion, if your black magic card
does, try setting the control panel to do the frame rate change. If not, I’m afraid your only option is to put it in a 29.97 timeline.
The issue with the playback stopping even when fully rendered seems to
be an issue with 5.5 in CS 6 that problem is thankfully gone. You’ll find that if it stops playing, going back to the start playing
again, then going back again to the start and playing, usually by that
third try it will play all the way through…at least thats my experience. -

I guess they do mind, Todd K. just mentioned something.
-
looks like it was unintentionally shared with the rest of the world.
The adobe guys don’t seem to mind though.
No comment from them about it, several posts in.
