Ok, great news! I’ll save some money there, but how will I go out to SD downconverted if I’m using the component out to preview on the plasma and I don’t have a deck with SDI in? (most of our jobs still call for a 4:3 SD final copy)

Thanks Bob, If you’ve ever been to the Canaries or know something about this nice, little group of Islands, then you are aware of the two provinces, Gran Canaria & Tenerife, being eternal rivals (soccer, politics, etc…) but here in Gran Canaria we have better beaches, which is all it matters for us islanders. What I didn’t know about Tenerife is their dogs were computer experts, broadcast advisors and technologically advance.

If you ever plan on coming over… just let me know. I will show you around!

Thanks for the info Walter. I feel I’m sold on the Kona LH. But allow me another Q. How would I feed the 26″ LCD HDMI in? A HI5 converter from AJA taking SDI out from LH?

ThankU all for the suggestions. I’ll for sure have a talk with the CAD people asking for a different format drawings becouse not even Canvas X ( a powerful graphics translator program ) handles Bentley’s V8 .DGN files…
