So how the tracks under the transparent track have the result of applying an effect in transparent track.

.- There is NO results or changes on the layers under the transparent track, it is NOT an adjustment layer.

It’s not much you can apply in the invisible layer and, repeat, there is NO effect, variation or change on the layer(s) underneath.

Some GENERATOR-type effects, like Knoll lighting effects, particles and, of course, Titles.

It is a simple. common and ordinary alpha layer, nothing special.

So, basically, it’s not a feature to jump out of joy.

Transparent video is no more than an ordinary Alpha Layer.

Imagine a Title layer without titles, that’s what it is.

With PP1.5, it was very fast to drop high-res still photos onto the timeline and then do quick moves with them. I found the rendering to be very fast.

.-Well, my still renderings are veeeeeery fast with 2.0, faster than 1.5.1.

In fact, I feel ALL rendering proccesses and times have been improved in 2.0 over 1.5.1.

Re-check your settings, just in case.

“We have contacted with the M-Audio Products distributor in Spain, but this product have been discontinued.”

.- The Flying Cow is NOT discontinued, far from that, is the best selling A/D/A audio converter in the world.

And even discontinued, M-audio would service it.

Videoguys.com is also very good, helpful people and super reliable.

They often carry unbelievable deals and bundles, for example, in Christmas they sold a Boris FX 8 and Graffiti 4 bundle for $300.

100% LEGIT, Believe it or not.

“There is nothing wrong with the MSDV”

.- Well, I have to agree.

It was bad in early stages but now it’s perfectly fine.

Anyway, the compresion-descompression is made by the Camera (as far as I know, maybe I’m wrong).

Okay, I was looking on the Main Concept website
and saw that for $50 I could get their DV codec.
Just curious if this codec really better than the
Microsoft DV codec? And will I be able to notice
    any difference in my video?

    — Premiere includes the Mainconcept DV codec:
