Hey Todd,
thanks for the help. I am sorry i am really a newbie i guess. I am still stuck. I am able to get my Final cut movie to be a “Final cut express movie file” I can then open it in AE but as far as getting it back to Final cut i am stuck. I can see a lot of diffrent formats, such as avi, flash, mov, ect. I dont think its one of those but i am not sure. Thanks for your help
