  • Good point Jeff,

Nice to hear from your again and always appreciate your help.

Ultimately this is going to be scaled down significantly to SD for cable delivery. Yes, I admit the quality by then as broadcast is not good however I still try to produce the highest possible quality master.

That’s just how I approach editing… do the best I can.

  • Dave,

Thanks for reminding me about Lynda.com. I actually do not use the Multi-cam feature but typically dedicate 1 video track per camera & edit manually. In most cases that totals three.

    “Place Sequence 1 into a 2nd Sequence.”

I’ll need to see what that means.

Does that mean you take the source sequence, rotate, and then stack it with a clone of the original that wasn’t rotated?

  • Hi Mike,

    Thanks for your tip.

I’m not familiar with the concept of nesting.

How do I apply your recommendation?

Would you be willing to walk me through it?

    Unfortunately there’s a lot I don’t know.

    Thanks for your time.

As requested here is a short representative clip.

It would make my day to know how to deal with this type of problem!

I DON’T KNOW WHY MY CLIP WILL NOT TAKE AFTER UPLOADING.

It went to the demo reels section which is not appropriate.

It was already H.264 when uploaded before being re-encoded!

How does one get it here with my thread?

Will some spell out teh process of posting a video here as requested? Sorry to ask such a basic question.

It looks very interesting, however I am PC based.

All of my Macs are ancient!

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    John,

    Don’t feel too bad.

Very slow, (especially “heavy duty”) rendering in CS 6 and 5.5 is the norm for me whether I like it or not. Mojo is likely the cause.

I see rendering speeds and watch single frames go by often.

    Tom,

Please, where would that be found?

My only other recent inquiry was posted on Aug 24th to which noone responded yet.

Other than that it’s been months since I posted here.

    Thanks

    Terry,

I had so much shaky footage that even after cutting out the worse my timeline looked like swiss cheese.

I didn’t mention the 3rd cam which was better but still had substantial issues in the stability regard.

  • Hi Jeff,

Been awhile since we’ve been in contact.

Thanks for your suggestions and hope all is well.

  • Seasons Greetings,

    Thanks for your interest.

I did get some response in another major video forum but nothing here. It’s been a long time since I read it.

I think part of the problems was that the A1 I was using need to go back to the factory to be serviced.

Situation has greatly improved since that occured.
