When you put win7 on you system was it a upgrade version from a different OS?

Usually highly fragmented drives or overfilled drives will may give this indication but you don’t appear to have that much on them, what size is your power supply? a power supply can degrade overtime and when running under load can give strange problems

Video can get flaky if the drives get too full, but that doesn’t seem the case, one thing to check is the firmware on the raptor drives, there has been problems with some models of the drives, another thing is to try a memory diagnostic, also you could be having power supply problems

You don’t mention what version of win7 64 you are using, like Vince mentioned, Ppro2 was out along time before vista/win7, you can try rolling back your audio drivers to the ones you used previously, also if you have win7pro/ultimate you can try setting the xp compatibility mode via the “program compatibility troubleshooter”, if you have 7 homeprem you can try to set the compatibility mode going to the Ppro directory and right clicking on the Ppro exe file then select “troubleshoot compatibility”, or you can select properties, then the Compatibility tab and then the compatibility mode check box will allow access the the various modes available in the menu dropdown.

CS4 works fine with win 7, also use a 64bit system with it, here is a white paper about this:

How full are your drives? particularly the cache drive and the source drives?
