If I’m interpreting correctly it’s a math problem in your expression. The bus parts are closer together than in the train (starting at 1% and 0% of travel on the spline) – the expression is meant to keep the second one following the first minus some amount, so the expression needs to keep the trailer behind the head by one percent in this case. So the math subtract should be .01 because in the expression the percent along the spline uses 0 -> 1 not 0 -> 100 so 1/100th is .01. right now it’s at .05 so it wants to be 5% behind not 1%.
Front and Back mean the front and back of the polygons not the object. Since it disappears with front checked the bottle has the front of the polygons on the inside – that’s not a problem. For the texturing I assume your logo has an alpha channel. Apply it with cylindrical mapping, turn Tile off and place it with the Texture tool.
Don’t know (or am not remembering) if there are any plugins or something in the toolset that would be simpler but you could duplicate your left-hand side, scale it -1 in the appropriate axis, then drop the halves into a Connect Object. That would give you two separate texturable but seamless parts
I don’t really know, maybe Adam?, but perhaps it’s a memory problem (if it has to load the whole movie) how about saving the movie as an image sequence and using that (it would only have to load a frame at a time).
open the timeline, select the Camera and choose Functions/Bake Object (in the timeline menu). That will give you a new camera – which also will have a Target tag but you can delete it. The new camera will have the same name so just be careful you have the right one after…
probably the simplest thing to do is to use the spline for one of your sweeps then use Instances of the spline for the other sweeps. It’s really only one spline that way so when you edit it they all change.
