Activity Forums Maxon Cinema 4D question about flat projection

  • question about flat projection

I am working on an animation and I have a logo that is on a bottle. The logo was put on the bottle via flat projection. The problem is the logo is showing up on the front and back of the bottle. I played with the setting for front, back, and both. Since I want it on the front I checked that but it completely disappears. Can anyone help?

Front and Back mean the front and back of the polygons not the object. Since it disappears with front checked the bottle has the front of the polygons on the inside – that’s not a problem. For the texturing I assume your logo has an alpha channel. Apply it with cylindrical mapping, turn Tile off and place it with the Texture tool.
