  • Thanks so much David. Maybe I should do another install from the ground up installing CUDA before Adobe. Have you upgraded to CC2015 as of yet?

  • actually david.. I can’t remember if I installed CUDA first before Adobe. CUDA will only install up to version 6 I think it is.. on Mavericks. Should I have done something different? or different with Yosemite?

  • Well, what I did was. I backed up the computer and did a clean install of Mavericks. Then I downloaded and installed Creative Cloud and other apps such as Video Copilot and Red Giant apps. Then recently, I upgraded to CC2015 and have been doing the corresponding updates with 3rd parties, etc.

  • oh boy.. well I installed back to Mavericks and CUDA has been working just fine. However, i’m having audio issues with CC2015. Audio waveform in preview goes away to flat green. Audio track mute will not stay on no matter what I do, even disabling automation. I know this is outside this post but anyone else having these issues?

I’m also having issues with audio in the preview monitor. After a few minutes the audio waveform doesn’t show up … just a blank green screen. I have to reboot the program to get it back. Also had an issue on export where after exporting all my audio levels were whacked in the mix. nothing like was was mixed in the timeline. I rebooted and that came back. I wonder if it’s a Mavericks/Premiere issue. Wonder if I upgraded to Yosemite would it be fixed. Only problem is, I left Yosemite for Mavericks because I was unable to use CUDA without major issues.

Glad (or not) that someone else is having this issue. thanks, hopefully we will see an update. Can I ask, what OS are you on? I back installed Mavericks a month ago and was wondering if the OS might have something to do with it. Unless you are on Yosemite.
