There is a newer version of FCP relink, but not public yet.

Several ways to do it, just mask out a piece of ground next to the cable, put a DVE with a soft edge on it and place it over the cable.
You don’t have to do all of it, if the cable ends somewhere it will look like other garbage.
But concidering the weather, i would go for a reshoot 🙂

Your name suggest you speak French.
In my experience French speaking people tend to use accents in file / folder names. This is generally a bad idea….So check your mediafiles / folders for accents. If there are any, remove them. (And do the relink dance, post a video of that!)

It has a learning curve, but it can be highly customized with keyboard shortcuts. Once you get the hang of it, it’s fast.
Undocumented, i have a helper app. that can re-do subtitles if you make an alternative edit. Contact me direct if you want to toy with that.

Well, what is so tedious about doing it in an IT environment?
I take it you are not broadcasting from tape…There are numerous applications out there that can do this for you, at little to no cost (except of course your IT dep. setting it up…)
Over here we now have new regulations that no longer look at absolute peak levels, but at perceived loudness.
A simple, nice (batch) converter tool that can do this for you is here:
