    That worked perfect! Thanks!
It always seams that it’s syntax that kills…

Also, I found this in answer to my last question:

I’m having a similar problem syncing footage from my JVC GY HD200 with premiere. It’s not capturing the clips consistently with batch capture (in/out points).

    Did you find a solution?

I’ve had this issue for a long time as well and I’ve run the “death to Adobe” script (which removes every bit of Adobe software) and re-installed and still had a very similar issue to this. Also, I’ve had this issue most recently working with Targa image sequences, so, though the interlace thing is really helpful, it’s not really the source of my problems.

Did you ever find an answer to your issue???

Dave is right with that link – good tutorial.
However, if all you have is Premiere or some other editing suit you can accomplish nearly the same thing (I wouldn’t buy a copy of AE just for this). The key to making those really great mock pans work is shooting in a higher definition of footage than you’re using in the end. That way you have a bunch of video that’s out of frame that you can pan to and from.

    good luck

Just an FYI about the “SPECIAL” copy…

I’ve had this same error and I do have a legit copy. When I called Adobe they said to run a script they gave which the Tech kindly labeled as “Death to Adobe” – anyway, this one does happen to legits as well –

  • I tried both ways with the white balance – one where I set the white (even though it’s not a completely manual setting, it’s a “point at something white and press this button” adjustment) and one where i let the camera manage the white…

  • Victor, thanks for the thoughts!

Yeah, the client (the internal Communications Dept) noticed… I tried to slip it by… lol

I was doing the key framing thing and got annoyed (7mins of footage) so I posted…

I’m using premiere CS3 – I didn’t see a v-scope, (I might be too novice on the terms here) but there’s few color adjustments I’ve been messing with.

In the future, if we’d have set up a spot near our booth and used our own lighting, do you think that would over-ride the big gymnasium style florescents?
