    I would say probably nothing. If you are using Premier Pro make sure the latest Quicktime Download is installed and it comes up in the files to open , not “All files’, the Quicktime mov. extension should be showing , otherwise it will not work.

    If you were running Quicktime Pro on a PC in Australia which is PAL territory, the Apple Techs will tell you they cannot help ? Great service !

    Thsi is in XP, WIN 7 I thought had all the bugs removed, maybe not ?

    Ps. i would disable “Auto Save” during editing on the timeline as well.

    I would try disabling the Automatic Save Option in the Properties Section,Ie., for all projects as it has a tendency to stop Exporting at times, there have been issues there

    We have done about 25 8mm films (no Sound). Don’t make it complicated. Project against a white wall at about 10″ x 8″ size image and just copy off the wall or screen using your digital camcorder, the quality will not be great anyhow but, it is ok for U -Yube

    I agree with Jon, check the obvious, defragment, restart the computer as well do a “C” drive check for errors, it has worked for us.
