The problem is that Adobe is a bit slack with stuff like drivers, I’m currently using forceware 81.67, usually I load a new driver when needed to correct a problem or to address a specific need, and then I set a restore point before installing a new driver for anything and if there is a problem its easy to go back to the point where it worked ok.

You’re looking at the wrong place, 77.56 is for WinNT, for WinXP the latest is 91.36

Have you tried to refresh Audition Preference file? Alot of Adobe product proplems are cured by redoing the appropriate preference file, My network server is currently down but you can find the info at http://www.adobe.com/support and select Audition and type in preferences.

I’ve had something similar where the same stuff appeared in just the top half of the screen, I just sent it back under warranty, alot of vid cards have a three year warranty.
