I’m replying to my own post in case this happens to someone else. (ahem). I cleaned out the unused precomputes and media files via Media tool, rebuilt the data base on the media storage drives, and the problem dissapeared. A corrupt file, maybe.

I have 4.6 and mojo and was recently frustrated by the same problem. It fixed itself, and I have no scientific path…BUT….

I went to the audio input/output settings via the audio meter, and flipped thigs back and forth, and rebooted. I also made sure the digitize settings were in DV input before the reboot, and made sure the DV deck was on and had a tape in it when rebooting…(cold, a new restart). Everything woke up at that point.

I’m having the same problem. Any responses yet? Work flow: Avid QT ref to Cleaner XL to .m2v file. The build is fine, then it burns 64K, then spits out the disk.

It’s DVD-R and the media is not suspect. I can burn w/ the Sonic program w/ no problem. The 64K kick-out is the key. I found some unaswered “trouble tickets” on this forum,with the same 64K then quit, with no conclusions.
