Hi, we tested a single GTX780 in a Cubix Desktop4 and here’s what we got:

V01 04 blur nodes 24 fps
V02 08 blur nodes 24 fps
V03 16 blur nodes 18 fps
V04 32 blur nodes 9.5 fps
V05 64 blur nodes 5 fps
V06 01 NR 2 nodes 14.5 fps
V07 03 NR 2 nodes 5.5 fps
V08 06 NR 2 nodes 3 fps

Thanks for the reply.

That’s what I just did. I mean, first I simply upgraded the system, then I formated the drive and did a clean install.

Once I had installed the nvidia drivers I started Resolve and all 3 GPU were there. Then I got a message telling me I did not have Cuda installed so I did install the latest Cuda drivers and then when I started Resolve back all GPU were missing.

Any other clues?

Don’t be sorry Sascha, those numbers are just THE good reason to get the 3x gtx680 next friday !!

From what I can see from previous post, there is not much difference between a double and a triple quadro 4000 setup… I knew our setup wasn’t that powerful but I thought the third 4000 was making a bigger difference.

No particular problem running those flashed 470 card?
Also, with the recent break in nvidia support (10.7.4 beta update), would you buy a pc gtx580 or 680 anyway or you would stick with flashed cards?

V3 6 nodes : 24 fps
V4 12 nodes : 19 fps
V5 NR 4 : 24 fps
V6 NR 4 : 14 fps
V7 NR 4 : 16 fps
V8 NR 4 : 4 fps

We’ve got 3 quadro 4000 running as gpu and we would really like to compare that setup to those mentioned here.

Thank you Sascha (For this answer as well as all your other answers I’ve read on the forum)

So the way the autosave feature react on my system looks perfectly normal to you? It looked strange to me. I just wish I could add 5 or 10 incremental autosaves to the list in case the project gets corrupted…
