Thanks alot for that.

However can anyone shed any light on why the tool marks only stick for 10-20 frames and then disappears??! (I have the comp set to the same frame rate and it is viewed in Full resolution)

I REALLY need to solve this problem asap, any help is appreciated.

SEE IMAGE – I need to cut the guy out from the background, so the logo is not longer there.

I have worked out that it is definately to do with Frame rates. The work i was working on was using alot of different footage so it probably got quite confused. Try changing the frame rate when you export it. Eventually i exported mine as mpeg2 and there was no flashing but this may not be right for you.

No i did not pre render the stabalised movement before roto brushing, but i will try that now and get back to you!

Thanks for the help guys but i just decided to roto brush the footage separately on its own and import it into the project. thanks for the quick reply though.
