  • Roto brush tool question??!

    Hello,

I am cutting out a background image from behind a sitting figure by using the roto brush tool.

When I apply the brush it applies to 20 frames or so and then disappears/unattaches. Even though the figure is barely moving.

ANY SUGGESTIONS would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Go through the resources linked here: [link] As you’ve discovered, the Roto Brush tool is not as intuitive as you might think. The linked resources should help you work much more efficiently with the Roto Brush.

    Thanks alot for that.

However can anyone shed any light on why the tool marks only stick for 10-20 frames and then disappears??! (I have the comp set to the same frame rate and it is viewed in Full resolution)

I REALLY need to solve this problem asap, any help is appreciated.

SEE IMAGE – I need to cut the guy out from the background, so the logo is not longer there.

    THANKS
