Only thing you need to to then is to open the PP2-project as an ordinary AE-project and it converts itself. I don’t know how easy it is to do it the other way.

I think it might (not sure if I remember right though) be an option in the Export-menu or somewhere else in the File-menu to export direct to a AE-project.

    Hi!

As long as you’re not using AE on MAC it wouldn’t be a problem. AE on MACs doesn’t read Premiere somehow.

    Hi!

Thanks for letting me know how to import the batch-list from Premiere! But what should I export the batch-list as? What is the function called?

And what I also was wondering is if it’s possible to do the batch in Premiere, then export a batchlist and relink the clips? Both premiere and FCP write clips in DV?

I think what you need to do is to get the color correction layer underneat anything that you don’t want to be affected by the effect. Like you have videotracks first, then color correction and then text or other graphics on top of that.
    Hope it helps.

Just wanted to add a note. I rushed through the forum and realized other people have had the same problem using FireWire disks. I’m using them too, but now I tried capturing directly to the internal disk and got the same problem.

The audio sounds like it peaking both in headphones and on playback either after digitizing into any NLE or ordinary playback on a TV.

These shoots where the sound is this crap I’ve used a Sanheizer microphone. I figured I had to change back to the Sony Microphone included with the camera to avoid the problem.

Thats kinda odd. Open your “Effects & Presets” window and press “Refresh” on the arrow-button-list to the right.
This might help you after AE has started, but you will most likely get the same error next time you open AE.

I’m not sure what cause your problem.

When you get your error-message. Go in you AE folder and check if the folder “Plug-ins” is there (and that there are actual plug-ins in the folder). It seems you’ve got a problem with the script that load modules when starting AE. The plug-ins doesn’t load, and hence to this you get error while loading templates connected to plug-ins that isn’t loaded.

I didn’t really find anything to remove while doing this. The thing is, that extra keypoint AE is creating, seems impossible to find, because it isn’t there. The camera makes a movement based on a visible keypoint between two real points.
