That was my first instinct, didn’t work.
I ended up just recreating the shape layer with the trim path and it seems to be working.

Nothing seemed to work, so I just recreated the shape layer with the trim path animation and it seems to be working fine.
Thank you for trying to help.

I used a shape layer with no fill and a stroke only. I tried what you suggested and it’s grayed out in my menu.

Yeah, I looked everywhere. Couldn’t find the project file so I just had to basically start over from what I had Monday. I haven’t had issues since this one file went missing, but I’m going to have to keep an eye on it.
It’s really bizarre. I’m not sure what happened.

I was able to finally get it fixed. It was a frustrating process, but I just put the Video Limiter and the Levels on the adjustment layer and exported it and they accepted it.
Like I said, I’m still completely stumped and it seems as if there’s not a lot of folks who export from Premiere for broadcast, so the information I was finding was limited. I’ll be sure to try this next time.
We had an outside company film a commercial (this was before I came on staff here) and they gave us all of their project files for the spot that was uploaded. We needed to make a tweak to something so I was like “Hey, no big deal. I’ll open up the existing project file, from which they’ve already rendered out a finished version, and make the change.”
And the company rejected parts of the video that i never even touched. I went through 11 versions before it passed QC.

Thank you. That seemed to work.

I did an uninstall and reinstall already. H.264 is typically what I use for export because everything I work on is uploaded to the web, and I can’t change any of the settings. It’s locked in at 720×480 which does me no good.
I’m lost. Should I uninstall/reinstall again?

I’m sorry, I should have mentioned this in my original post. I have tried all kinds of different settings, it doesn’t matter what preset I have it on, I can not change any of the settings. If I check off “match source” it matches the dimensions and frame rate but it selects a quality of 50 and I can not change it. The only option I have found that works in the drop down is a QuickTime animation but I obviously can’t continue to render files of that size.

Thank you for the suggestions. We’re going to look into purchasing a better camera, but we need this to work for now.
We had a hunch it was the camera, but we were just hoping that there was a way around this.
