i have had sometiems Nucleo Crash as well,or nucleo uses 10gb ram! for no reason.
i usually restart AFX turn on Nucleo, purge all .. open the project with caps lock on (dissable preview) purge all again..
    and start Nucleo render..
Usually it prevents from nucleo to act strange..
    and it renders much faster.

    Hope it will help somewhat!

sa much as i know or remember ..
in After Effects create a keyframe for position. copy that key, and paste it in Excel!
now you can take Mokey txt doc open it and paste the txt data onto the excel doc (the AFX DOC)in the correct places.
copy everything from the excel and paste it back in after effects.
    it should work
    Good Luck

the only way that im thinking of doing it in After effcts is with a particle plug-in. such as Particular, which will be “live” in you 3d afx environment.
