You can set up a job in Compressor 3.5 to burn a Blu-Ray or build a disk image when it’s finished encoding. Look up “Job Action Tab” in the Compressor manual for step by step instructions on how.
There is an option to loop the movie, but that option doesn’t work on the player we have here. YMMV.

I think I’d invert the colors and then remove the color cast.
I’d do this in Color, Motion, AE or Photoshop.

You’ll need ask your client what format works best for them. If they don’t know, you’ll have to find out what they use to edit it with, and then find out what formats that software can accept.
IOW, unless your client is reading this board, nobody here can tell you what they want. But your client should know. Doesn’t mean they will know, but they should.

Personally, I prefer Shake. But Shake is getting hard to find since it was discontinued a few weeks ago, and it’s not intuitive to a FCP/Motion user. Once you learn it, it’s very powerful and easily allows you to do things that are very difficult or nearly impossible in FCP, Motion or AE.

For next year, you can dictate the submission format. If someone submits something outside of your spec, too bad, reject them. This is how it’s done at Cannes and Sundance.
For this year, use Compressor to conform all of your videos to a single standard, drop them into a single FCP timeline and use the Share feature to make a disk image to burn to Blu-Ray.

Do you get an error message to tell you why? I usually make a disk image first, and then burn that.

What is the source of your video? What are your FCP timeline settings? It sounds like you’re trying to send a progressive video to compressor.

If you’re conforming a documentary with different formats of footage at different frame rates. Or an indie feature shot with multiple cameras that don’t match. Or a film with a lot of VFX shots…
