The default command for Paste Attributes is opt+cmd+V
Did you change the default setting?

Difficult to judge, the problem clip is not selected in the Effect Controls.

Try this: duplicate clip and superimpose.
Add fast blur to bottom clip.
Mask top clip with opacity.

You cannot.
Do one clip on the timeline, copy, select all other clips, paste attributes.

What is so special about a fade in FCP7
Premiere has cross fade, film fade or make your own with bezier curves.

Scale on clip to your liking. Copy, select all the others: Paste Attributes.

Yes with a little workaround. Import the folders into AE then select all and copy them over to Premiere.

You loose quality as soon a you pass the 100%.
Trial and error on how far you can go until it gets visible.
I sometimes zoom in but dont go 110%.

Open the Panel Menu (the three little horizontal lines at the top) of the Project window and check Preview Area.

Make sure the sequence setting matches the footage.
If its interlaced footage make the timeline interlaced.
