You cannot. 2019 is as far back you can go with ProDesignTools.

The name is before the dot. After the dot there comes the extention: name dot extention.

Why not make a dummy project and experiment.

Handbrake makes mp4 files not mov.

When relinking make sure the names are exactly the same and only File Name is checked in the Link Media box.
