Proxies
When I try using a different proxy preset not in the listed proxies premiere offers, I get the message” The selected preset is not supported on this platform” The proxy preset I am trying to use is (GoPro Cineform 720×1280) Please help

1280×720 is Cineform Medium resolution.
Or are you trying to use vertical

No Ann. I can use the two presets that premiere pro offers me . see attachment ( Quicktime Pro Res or H.264) If I use any presets other that those I get the following message.see attachment 2

You may be trying to use a proxy that’s not a derivative of your original format. In other words the proxy needs to match the same aspect ratio and I think audio configuration to work.
However you can create your own preset and use them. You might want to try that.
