General advice is not to upgrade mids (especially big) projects.
Finish in CC14 and start fresh CC15.
CC14 and CC15 happily co-exist on one machine.

Could be the bitrate is too high.
Try one of the Youtube settings. They usually work great.

Use a preset and tweak the bitrate a bit up or use a bitratecalculator.

I second Trevor’s suggestions.
Select folder or all clips in Project Window, right click and hit Create Multicam Source Sequence.

If you want motion blur you need AE to do that for you, not Premiere.

In the Preferences under Media there is an option to use Timecode start at 00.00.00.00 or Media Source.
