    Motion blur in Premiere Pro?

    Hi there

    Just wanted to ask if it is possible to apply motion blur to layers in Premiere as you would in After Effects? Or is this only possible with plugins?

    If you want motion blur you need AE to do that for you, not Premiere.

    Yeah you can… Its Just more Work. Add Directional blur to a cut segment with the clip key framed and addictive dissolves with the pieces you want to blur..
    It works I just did it..
