Select title and click on the triangle in the Preview Area of the Project Window. Click on the link which will bring the playhead to that specific position in the timeline.
Or go into the metadata and check Used Footage; this also gives a triangle.

Clean out the media cache also clean out the folder manually.

Compiling error can be anything.
Export through AME and open the preview.
Whats the export until it fails.
That is the spot you need to fix on the timeline.

Nest the sequence then apply the pan and zoom in the fixed effect of Motion in the Effect Controls.
