Make sure you copy entire card to hdd first then ingest via Media Browser.

Clear media cache as shown below

Rename top folder the footage is in and try again.

The tutorial is not accurate it shows export settings of a H.264 file.

You cannot import the Premiere CC sequence into Encore cs6. (there is no Encore CC)
You need to export as mpeg2 dvd files from Premiere and import those files (video and audio) into Encore.

Dont start messing about with Virtual Dub and try to change it if the Director wants all the camera’s set to 50i.
Premiere is importing your footage properly.
There is nothing wrong with those setting.
50i = 25 fps with 50 fields (the correct term should have been 25i, but nobody uses that).

50i (interlaced) is 25 fps. (50 fields).
If they wanted 50 fps the camera should have been set to 50p (progressive)
I think this camera does 50p only in 1280×720.

When zooming in on a image in a matching sequence you will loose quality. Premiere does not upscale
If you drop the 4K in a 1920×1080 sequence you can zoom in on the 4K up to 50% without loosing quality as 4K is twice the size of 2K.
